You have been wearing those court shoes since the year began. Your feet needs some care. If you do not have an assistant, apart from the normal office work you still have to do some run around by yourself, and you are doing them in those court shoes. Even if you are doing them in flats, you may still feel the pressure after a while.

Simple ways to care for your court feet.

i.        Wear comfortable court shoes

ii.       Keep your feet and toe nails clean

iii.      On days when not in court, take a break from wearing court shoes. Sometimes, you can wear other comfortable and permissible footwear to work.

iv.      Avoid overboard pedicures and cosmetic treatments that leave your feet hurting.

v.       Massage the feet and the ankles as well.

vi.      Practice simple workouts for the feet and the ankles.

vii.     When at home, do not go barefoot all the time, wear socks or slippers.

viii.    Moisturize your feet with lotion, cream, petroleum jelly, etc.

ix.      Have a cheerful attitude.
